This website is operated by Rock & Iron Builders, a home remodeling contractor serving the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it is handled. Contact details appear at the end of this page.

When you submit the “Request a Free Estimate” form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, project type, and project details you provide.

Like every hosted website, this site also generates standard server records — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of each request — which our host retains for security and operational purposes.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form. It is not needed in order to respond to a remodeling inquiry.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and communicate about your project. We may follow up by email, phone, or text for those purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists or contact you about unrelated matters without your permission.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or behavioral targeting. No third party collects personal information about your activity across other websites through this site.

We share information only with:

• Netlify — our website host and form processor. Netlify's privacy practices apply to data processed on our behalf: netlify.com/privacy.
• Our email provider — used to send and receive messages when responding to your inquiry.

Rock & Iron Builders does not meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act. We nonetheless honor reasonable requests from California residents to access, correct, or delete personal information. Email or call using the details below. We respond to verified requests within 45 days, except where we are required to retain information for the obligations described above.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No website, email system, or hosting platform can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not promise absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
